Good afternoon friends!!!

Today I want to share with you the recipe for my delicious and 100% natural homemade tomato sauce ... generally commercial tomato sauces have many additives that are not very healthy, that's why I always buy fresh tomatoes in the market and in a few steps I prepare this sauce that you can store to use in all your culinary creations.

You will need the following ingredients:

-1 kg of tomato.
-Aromatic herbs (basil and oregano).
-2 tablespoons of sugar.
-2 tablespoons of vinegar.
-1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch.
-Salt and pepper to taste.
-Sterilized jars to pack the sauce.

This sauce is super easy, first with the help of a knife you make two small openings in the shape of a cross at one end of the tomato (this allows the peeling to be easy), then you boil water, and place the tomatoes for 1 minute, remove and proceed to remove the skin.

Then cut them into pieces with a knife or crush them, take them to a pot and put the other ingredients, the cornstarch, sugar, aromatic herbs, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste ... let this sauce cook for half an hour over medium heat / low ... finally when ready let stand and pack in sterilized jars.
