Somehow everything will be chaos.
If we all do what we want in some way, everything will be chaos, it would simply be a great constant war of all against all, man as a man only has the desire for power, a man in his natural state is always in a violent fight because somehow he always wants to impose his will on others and always above everyone else.
Despite the constant struggle that the same man poses against his fellow man for the sole fact of imposing himself, that man is always afraid of not surviving his way of being, many years ago I read a very interesting phrase *** "Homo Homini lupus ”*** means“ man is man's wolf ”and from there I investigated about it due to what I am passionate about as a professor of public policy because this phrase was said by ** Thomas Hobbes ** a very important philosopher who exposes many things about the STATE. I gave this phrase my own meaning "We are cannibals"
Laws that are natural.
By not following the minimum rules of society in his environment, man establishes something similar to anarchy and he must intercede to change that way, so that man wants to do what he wants. In this sense we all know that there will always be some laws that are natural and are taken for granted that this must be the case, one of them is the ** constant search for peace ** and it is precise because of that same conflict of man.
Another law that we can say as natural laws is the way in which man in that search for peace manages to reconcile himself with his fellow man to make contracts and within those contracts assume the consequences of those acts.
State of rights.
By solving conflicts by establishing contracts between equals, this pretense of man over man can be appeased and achieve equity between equals where everyone under a state of natural and fundamental rights man begins to live in society.
Now, this may be a form of theory, however, man always seeks to continue to dominate man despite the same contracts established by his peers.
