As an introverted person, there were times when I felt guilty about going home at the weekend and preferring to stay at home rather than spending time with other people. This feeling can come out even if I'm looking forward to what I chose to do - reading a new book or watching one of my favorite movies.

The sound inside my head is still there. She says it's abnormal for me to spend so much time alone. Yes, I'm an introvert; but being home on Saturday night, it's like switching to an unhealthy area.

What would my peers say? What will my colleagues think? Sometimes I feel embarrassed and make excuses for staying at home; I have a lot of work to do or I have to spend some time with my family. Sometimes I go straight to the lie, I'm not feeling well.

I live all by myself and I love to live by myself. But I need to make people believe I'm always happy. I've met so many times with the questions ım aren't you getting bored? Bir, m don't you feel alone? Mus and I started to believe that I really have a problem.

Maybe I'm really alone and I have to change. Maybe I'm stuck in my comfort zone and I have to shake and come to myself.
