你好!! 今日我同大家介紹我昨天整的心太軟! 其實心太軟是很容易整的 心太軟 材料 (6人份) 黑朱古力 100g 牛油 100g 雞蛋 2 白砂糖 50g 面粉 50g 預熱焗爐 180 度 在一鍋熱水上面，時不時搞拌，直至朱古力和牛油溶解。(A) 雞蛋和糖在盤中，用搞拌器，搞打至顏色發白及體積蓬鬆。(B) 朱古力混合物(A)倒進雞蛋混合物(B)中，用膠刮拌勻 篩入麵粉，輕手地徹底拌勻。 放入已預熱的焗爐中，焗約
