Hope you are doing well? I have been trying so hard to participate in the origami contest but since I can't find origami paper in my area, I thought it wise to use coloured paper. During my school days, we used ordinary white paper or cardboard paper to do the foldings. no
THE PROCESS

First I will take the coloured paper that I measured 6×6cm and fold it in half and open it and fold it the adjacent side in half forming a plus (+) then I will fold the edges straight to form a multiplication sign (×) and open it again and fold it to look like a rhombus or kite. Now I will bend the folded eye to look like a triangle.N/B: The bigger the fold , the bigger square in the middle of the bow.

Now , I will open the whole work , the folded eye looks like a square and I will make the folded eye to look more like the square it already is. Then , I will fold it inwards and it will look like plus again . Now I have achieved my goal of a "pentagon" . I will fold the top side of the Pentagon in a slant rectangle each side and two folds]. Now I have to open the whole work again keeping the left fold still intact, you will notice that at the back ,a square is formed "automatically". Now I will slightly open the foldings and cut open the middle folds after this, I will fold 2 opposite sides together to form potential flaps. Here you will notice 2 Rhombus opposite each other, I will fold them to form 2 right angle where their opposites is facing each other ,their fronts looks like a pointed tip bow tie.

Back to the flaps , there is a middle line which I'm gonna use to cut them straight. Then I made folding of a long and short right-angled triangles with their opposite facing each other. Back to the bow part, I will fold the tips into the middle square, with that, I'm done with the bow except the flaps. Finally I cut 2 angular lines on each of the flaps.
My final goal is achieved "An Origami Paper Bow"😍.
