I get it bro, I'm goal/result oriented as well and I was fuming at my situation too having minimal work but looking around, still better off than many. I tend to be just as hard on myself. This last year has been a good lesson towards that.

It's not making excuses it legit was a rough year. I'm sure many at your firm are beating themselves up over their results too. Great plan, drink some coffee, eat some donuts and 21-22 will be a better year. Hang in there! xox
