Thanks Marielle, you're right of course, we haven't bee operating in normal circumstances and so I'd need to cut myself some slack. I'm a fairly results-oriented person though and sometimes it's difficult. It feels like making excuses. I'll be fine and hope to hit budget...If not...I'll eat some donuts, drink some coffee and plan for the 21-22 fiscal year.
