I agree, I also think it's sad how many sign up to never use their account. I remember, I joined right before and watched it all unfold last crypto boom, this place was madness but there was a lot of bad abuse going on too. It got too big too fast. I know that's what everyone wants but it doesn't last.

At the end of the day, I stick to my belief that the content consumers will never join hive the way we did or dabble too much with crypto directly except with easy to use tip buttons that do the complicated work of converting fiat into hive for them that a user with a wallet can add to their blog. People pay good money for content as individuals. The concept needs to be demystified and merged with the mainstream and show them how to use it slowly. Think of this place as wordpress of the crypto world and many are using it wrong. People don't post on wordpress and fuck off like they do here and get rich on ads, they market themselves outside the platform by default marketing the platform itself resulting with indirect users...that's your cash cow, indirect market via ads but this only works if users market themselves outside of this publishing platform aka crypto wordpress we call hive.

Personally someone asks me to move my audience on their shit platform, there is no money in the world that will make me move if my audience wont move...That's some pretty superman shit to try and move an audience. That's what hive is asking of established bloggers out there. Maybe they have a million followers on facebook because they can monetize word press with ads, that's what they use and earn from. Their audience isn't on word press. It's elsewhere, wordpress is just a tool and still gets traffic and usage by CONSUMERS indirectly. and then you can have more users/interactions without this place turning into a clusterfuck.

What we do as individuals is the recipe but many don't want to get that. What we fail to do as individuals isn't a flaw in the blockchain. You see things from a coding way in a perfect world. I analyze social trends and behaviors and make conclusions from that. Who is wrong who is right? both are right. Code is one thing but human nature is another, you add humans to the equation, it changes the whole game.
