Explotó mi jardín! Descubre cómo hago florecer mis Alegrías con abonos 100% caseros / My garden exploded into bloom! Discover how I make my Impatiens flower with 100% homemade fertilizers

Hello to everyone in this wonderful community, I hope you are having a blessed Sunday. Today I want to share my joy with all of you.
Today I woke up to the beautiful surprise of seeing my garden full of color. The recent fresh rain has done wonders for my plants, bringing out the deep green of their leaves and brightening the tone of their flowers. Today I want to share with you the secrets behind this gorgeous bloom and how I care for them using 100% organic, homemade fertilizers.
Our main star: Busy Lizzie / Touch-me-not (Impatiens walleriana / Impatiens hawkeri)
The images I am sharing correspond to Impatiens specimens (popularly known as Busy Lizzies or Touch-me-nots). In the first photograph, we see a beautiful double variety in a red-orange tone whose flower looks like a miniature rose. In the second image, the classic single-flower variety stands out in a vibrant fuchsia shade.
They love partial shade or very bright indirect light. They cannot tolerate direct, intense sunlight during the central hours of the day, as it can burn their leaves and quickly wither the flowers. They prefer humid, warm environments protected from strong drafts or frost. A loose, fertile substrate with excellent drainage is essential to prevent waterlogging.
My daily care secrets:
Consistent but moderate watering: These plants love soil moisture, but their stems are fleshy and prone to rotting if water stagnates. The recent rain was the perfect watering, but I usually keep the substrate moist to the touch without saturating it.
Pruning: I constantly remove withered flowers and dry leaves to stimulate the emergence of new buds and keep the plant vigorous.
To keep my plants loaded with buds without resorting to chemicals, I use a combination of natural ingredients I usually have at home:
Rice water: An excellent source of starches, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium that stimulates growth and strengthens roots. I save the water from washing rice (without salt or oils) and apply it as a watering every 15 days.
Eggshells: Provide slow-release calcium to keep stems strong and balance soil acidity. I wash the shells thoroughly, let them dry in the sun, crush them finely (or grind them), and mix them directly into the substrate.
Coffee grounds: Clean, dry coffee grounds provide nitrogen and organic matter while improving soil structure to retain moisture. I sprinkle a thin layer over the soil or lightly mix it into the top layer once a month.
In the end, that is what gardening is all about: learning to make the most of what the earth gives us and giving back a little love with what we have at hand, from a cup of coffee to a splash of rice water. I hope these tips are very useful for helping your plants burst into bloom.
Soon I will have new flowers, as my white lily and two of my adeniums already have buds.
