Hi friends. I hope you are having a nice Friday. Here in Buenos Aires the cold begins to feel more and more, we are only days away from the official start of winter, although it can already be felt. Whenever it's cold it makes me want to make myself something hot and today I couldn't resist preparing some delicious pancakes.
I'm supposed to be on a fat loss diet, but I was out of oatmeal, so for today I allowed myself to make pancakes with wheat flour. In the same way, it is a recipe that uses little flour, so I don't feel so guilty.
For this recipe we will need: two ripe bananas, 80 grams of wheat flour and 2 eggs.
The first thing I did was puree the bananas. I recommend that you choose ripe bananas because they will add more sweetness to the recipe.
Added two eggs.
Wheat flour. You can also use oatmeal and it works out pretty good as well, that's how i usually prepare them.
I wanted to make sure that it had a sweet flavour so i added a teaspoon of honey, you can also use stevia or your favorite sweetener.
To make these pancakes even more irresistible, I added some dark chocolate to it.
I like preparing a small pancake first to make sure it taste good. This one turned out perfectly.
Many people do not know when to turn the pancakes and they make a mess, the best thing to do is wait for bubbles to begin to appear.
And that's how easy i prepared my pancakes mix.
Once ready i added some sugarfree chocolate syrop.
These pancakes were delicious and it was a pretty delicious breakfast. In total, six pancakes came out, of which I ate three and shared the others with my roommate.
Hope you guys enjoyed this recipe, if you did please let me know and also i would love to get some ideas for future recipes, so if you have somethign delicious and healthy you would like to share, feel free to do it, i'm trying to get better at preparing healthy recipes and still have a long road ahead of me.
Until next time,
ANDY.
