Turkey with a twist

I just couldn't wait to try out this bacon with Turkey inspired by @creationofcare. 😉

I started by cleaning the turkey and patting it dry.



I rubbed it down with e.v.o.o and seasoned to taste.



@creationofcare I to am a fan of bacon 😉

I wanted to go all in so I rubbed it down with a brown sugar rub half way through the baking period (Baking covered the first half/uncovered the second half).



This is the end result, sweet and savory. Yum🤗
