The middle of the twentieth century brought us numerous unusual inventions - most of which never came to mass production. At that time, there were numerous attempts to improve or even make the bicycle and the innovators presented a host of unusual designs: from bicycles for ice, to two-seater, single point bikes and quad tyre bicycles.
