Running errands and shopping with my wife and eating out.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today my wife and I need to visit the downtown once again. We have multiple errands to attend to, and we also need to buy groceries and daily necessities to stock up our home. The weather is gorgeous and the sky is clear for our trip this morning. Traffic was light on the highway, but significantly increased upon entering the downtown.

Our first priority is to transfer our house registration from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Although we relocated from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and have lived here for nearly 10 years, but we had not yet changed our registered address. Therefore, we visited our local district office this morning to complete the process. Moving house registration these days is quicker than in the past. Despite the large crowd, but we spent just one hour transferring our registration from Bangkok to Chiang Mai.

We haven't had breakfast yet. It's a late breakfast day for us. There are food and drink stalls inside the district office, so we bought TaiYai-style noodles (an ethnic group in Chiang Mai), fried meatballs and sausages. We also got some soft drinks and iced tea. Since there was no seating available, we ate our breakfast in our car.

After that, we went to several banks to update our address. All the banks are in the downtown. The traffic downtown is no longer congested by late morning.

Once we have finished all our errands, all that's left is to buy groceries and daily necessities to stock up at home and have lunch. Of course, we like to check prices before buying anything. This time, we only checked two places : the local fresh market and Lotus's. We checked the prices at the fresh market first. And we're sitting at a noodle stall in the fresh market, eat noodles and check product prices on Lotus's online shopping app at the same time.

The prices of the products we wanted at Lotus's were slightly lower than at the fresh market, and everything was available. Therefore, we chose to shop at Lotus's in the afternoon. Additionally, we purchased a vegetable plush toy for our granddaughter.
