Fire up that... Microwave?

WTF?

I too love cooking outside on the fire. However, this W.E. post will be a strange journey into my KrazzyTrukker brain and my trucking lifestyle.

The fire when I am trucking out on the road would be the Nuclear Oven as I call it. Otherwise known as a microwave oven. I guess bombarding the H2O molecules with microwaves to rattle them and cause a heating process is close enough to Nuclear for Sammi Jo and me. I do have a small portable gas grill stowed away. But I have never had the desire to use it out on the road. How do you power that high-tech redneck replacement for a campfire you ask?

We do that with a combination of eight 925CCA, (cold cranking amp), Heavy duty commercial batteries, an APU diesel-powered generator to charge them as well as heat/cool the cab, and this 2000 watt power inverter that changes DC voltage to 115/120 volt AC power.

What does Samantha Jo my trucking kitty co-pilot eat when we are traveling?

No, honestly she gagged and threw up a little in her mouth also. How in the actual fuk do they eat this stuff?!? Sammi will eat anything I do. But I try to feed her very little human food. As that Shit will kill ya! Sometimes I consider eating her food. It is some pretty fancy-schmancy stuff. Uhhhmmm Sam-Sam, ya got a little on yer chin there... LoL

I do not eat at restaurants or fast food joints nearly as much as I used to. it is not just the prices that are out of control. Sometimes the after-effects of poorly/questionably prepared food can wreck your day in the end. You see what I did right there? "In the end... Your Hind End!! LoL

I eat things out on the road that are easy to prepare. Less cleanup or crumbs is a must. You see I am basically eating where I sleep. Which is different from shitting where you eat. Did I just go there? Sorry! I told you it would be a strange journey into my brain. A brain that is also overcooked from too many hours in "The Air Chair."(drivers seat)

I sit on the edge of the sleeper bunk. Where there is a pull-out desk-type drawer. I spread out a table cloth (paper towels) and git bizzy preparing a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ cookout that would make any Gourmet Chef Fry Tender at Mcdonald's proud.

Quality Control Cats...

Fear NOT Hivians! As I have a team of specialists that travel with me and are more than willing to sample anything I attempt to make/cookout here on the road. Even when I am at home they are "JOHNNY!! Kitty on the Spot" to help check the quality and consistency of any and all food products.! =^,,=
