Went for a lovely walk yesterday up into the valleys then the hills. Nice to get into the deep rural areas, I saw lots of farmers who I think were slightly suspicious of a strange man wandering about.
It was incredibly hot for February and the sun beat down on me the whole way but once I got to the top of the hills, just wow. The photos don’t do it justice, with the green hills being overpowered by the imposing alps in the background.
