Yesterday was an intense event. I had to help prepare a large meal for an Italian family. They spoke no English so I had to try very hard conversing. Then listening to rapid speech constantly. It was tiring. But I learnt a great deal about Italian culture and common phrases. I’m sure my brain will have adapted slightly.
I also visited a supermarket. The cheese, pasta and meal areas were just incredible. I took a few photos.
