Hello dear friends in the hive and to you gardener friends. I hope you are well. π Today I will tell you about part of my garden and part of my grandmother's garden, in which I take an active partβ οΈ π€
This week it was time to harvest part of the harvest, which included: potatoes, onions, tomatoes, apples and others.
Naturally, I couldn't do it alone, so my little two-year-old daughter, who loves to help dad, came to help. He likes to arrange, collect, water and pick vegetables and fruits. The truth is that without her support I wouldn't have managed it π€βΊοΈ
Because what we produce is too much for direct consumption, we make jars for the winter when they will be our first necessity, so that we can cook a variety of delicious things. For this purpose, we need empty bottles where we can fill part of the tomatoes ground in this case. Bottles should be thoroughly washed and then tightly sealed. Then they are boiled on a slow fire for about 5-10 minutes to become well preserved.
Now we look forward to them becoming our favorite watermelons and cantaloupes. So are eggplant, peppers, corn, and squash. Stay tuned for this soon and I will be committed to sharing it with you next timeβ οΈ π€π Thank you for stopping by my post today. I hope you enjoyed it. If you want more of this, please support me or follow me. Namaste β οΈππ€πβ€οΈπ€
