I started noticing beautiful mushrooms this season. I don’t know all of them because I am still new to this area but I love lobster mushrooms. They’re very tasty and easy to recognize. When you cook them, they literally become lobster.
秋のキノコをちょこちょこ見かけ始めました。まだこの地域に慣れていないので、色々なキノコの名前はわからないのですが、ロブスターキノコが大好きです。とても美味しくて、簡単に認識できるキノコです。調理すると、文字通りロブスターのようになります。
