Introduction

I wanted to do a non-Splinterlands related one so I decided to do my own character. I also wanted to up my art game so I tried something new. In this random art, I used a human reference, which I don't normally do. I was surprised that it went better than I expected.



I used these two photos that I got from Google. The first one is a photo of a model/actress that I saw when I watched Running Man. However, honestly, I forgot the name of the model/actress. I am also unsure if I should post it so if I can't because obviously, I didn't get permission and it's only a Google search, then please tell me in the comment section so I can edit this post and remove the photos.

I wanted to try it in a sexier look. I used this another photo, which I saw as I search for the model above and combined it with the reference above.

From the initial draft itself I am actually amazed on my improvement. I had a little bit of issue on the right hand but I still were able to make it look good.

This is the final output. I think it went pretty well. I learned a lot in here especially new combinations for the skin. I also think I need to learn more about fashion. I feel like I can highlight my lines better if the shirt or outfit I used in my art are more realistic like logos or certain styles and I shouldn't be satisfied with simple outfits.

For example, The line on the rush guard and the letters on the surf board, initially, I wasn't planning to add at the earliest stages of the draft but since I added it, that made the drawing and art a bit more interesting.
