Ponmo Alata is a very sweet and sensational refreshment food.. It is often taking with cold drinks for refreshments and it is gotten from cow, it is the cow skin that is processed to give us ponmo.... So we cook and spiced it then roast it together with pepper and it is ready for consumption....
