Hi Steemit! It happens that despite the excellent conditions, active care, the plant dies anyway. There can be many reasons and it is not always possible to determine what caused the plant to die. Change of conditions, improper care in the store, inappropriate conditions at home all play a role. If a plant has been living with you for some time, this does not mean that you cannot lose it. It doesn’t sound very joyful! :)

It must be remembered that negative experience is also experience. To draw conclusions from the current situation is very valuable. I advise you to study the conditions of plant maintenance before you purchase them, withstand quarantine and not neglect preventive treatments. :)

In the photo, Echeveria fabiola is a hybrid of Echeveria purpusorum. I like purpusorum and its hybrids they have dense bright sockets. She lived with me all summer, decently grew up and suddenly began to rot. My attempt to re-root and save the socket failed, all I have left is a few leaves.

The leaves gave new sockets, but like all purpusorum grow very slowly. A couple of leaves stopped in development. In total, I have one baby with a diameter of 1.5 cm. She reached this size in more than half a year. :)

I have not yet met the new fabiola echeveria in stores and I have acquired some sort of hybrid resembling it. :) It looks good, but it is not possible to achieve a bright color. I will observe further growth.

For an example I will show small purpusorum. They are very easy to distinguish by a characteristic red color. They reached the same size in half a year.

And in this photo our first meeting in the store. Of the three succulents in the photo that I took, I took home only purpusorum. This echeveria still lives with me, feels rather well, and has given me many children. And how she looks now you can see in the last photo.

Returning to the beginning and title of the post, I repeat that failure gives us experience. In all matters, a positive attitude is important. It didn’t work today — conclude — try tomorrow!;) Good luck with your affairs! :)
