When people talk about investing in cryptocurrencies they have to take many things into account, one of these things can simply be to diversify your portfolio.
We have to understand what happened with LUNA and what recently happened with the FTX Centralized Exchange, it really seemed a very legitimate project and we take that into account, but what we really have to understand is that cryptocurrency investments have a really important risk, from my personal experience we have to be very careful with crypto whales.
A short time ago I bought a cryptocurrency to invest in Binance and this cryptocurrency has decreased in price by 20% since I bought it, this happens when a cryptocurrency is not very useful, what I mean is that when a cryptocurrency is not useful or does not have much buying pressure the price can decrease, for this simple reason experts say that the price of BTC can increase to more than 1 million dollars.
This is really very true and is very likely really, for this simple reason I have dedicated myself to continue writing content on tokenomics, I think it is really important all this and understand that we must invest in cryptocurrencies really stable and sustainable over time,** I think that for this reason many small investors suffer losses when investing in cryptocurrencies**.
What I mean is that whales can manipulate the price of a cryptocurrency effectively, this is something you should keep in mind.
For this simple reason I always recommend doing your own research.
Bitcoin can be a great example to demonstrate a good investment in cryptocurrencies. I believe that this cryptocurrency is the most stable and the most sustainable, I don't think it will ever fall to the ground as other cryptocurrencies have done.
