Melbourne to Mt Gambier - My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2019
Good morning / afternoon / evening.
A wet day yesterday. Lots of rain.. And apparently the back of our ute isn't completely water proof, so my mattress got a little wet.
The day started driving of the Spirit of Tasmania into Port Melbourne:
Some hours later, after a breakfast at a Hungry Jack's road stop, the highlight of the day was at Hamilton visiting the Ansett Australia Airways museum, and watching a video of the story of the company and the man who ran it.
And he apparently cared for his customers:

Later in the afternoon we arrive int Gambier where we stayed the night. Before it came dark we visited Blue Lake, a volcanic crater:
It doesn't look too blue in the photo, but is had a nice dark appearance to it.
Joining in on our viewing was a Blue Wren, which didn't get close enough for a good picture:
