Good morning / afternoon / evening.
Another decently active day. Spent time at two schools helping out at breakfast and lunch, went for a walk and also went to the local Youth Group and played frisbee and dogleball.
Time goes quickly though.. How much time should one dedicate to others when they have work of their own to do?
I am starting to appreciate a slightly more active lifestyle, if even only the last few days. It's hard to stay motivated, but at least I feel refreshed at the start of the new day.
