Many times, I've come across some weird posts, usually photos and videos, on social media and gone on to search on the internet to find out how the photos and videos were created. Along the line, I would divert to search for deeper things based on the ideas that came to my mind at that moment, and I would see things and wonder how the world is not safe with the kind of dangerous apps and sites that are out there as a result of the trending Artificial Intelligence. With the trend of AI, there are now easier ways to do all manners of things with just a little token paid as a subscription to an app or site. Some of the offers are free to access and people joyfully use them to do things that are completely against the law or humans, and people laugh over them, because it's the world of AI and anything is possible.
Ordinarily, many people would blame humans for misusing the apps produced through AI, in response to this prompt, which asks whether people are to be blamed or AI itself.
Yes, humans are to blame, but a major part of this blame should be channelled towards the developers of these sites and apps that use AI and not just the users alone. I would have directed a little blame to Artificial intelligence itself but it's being controlled by humans.
With the current state of AI, it appears that it can do almost anything at all, and it just needs a push from a human, and that's all.
But if humans
Just a few days ago, I came across a video on Facebook about a laser that can cut through iron with ease, burn anything that is burnable, and can cut through a human body with just a point. When I saw it, all I could say was, where is the world heading to? Imagine if such a product were released and got into the hands of a common man; robbery would increase rapidly because breaking padlocks would no longer be a hard thing. Evil-minded people would prefer it instead of guns because pointing it at someone from afar could brutally burn a spot on the human body without making a sound, which could make it more dangerous than a gun because of the difference in sound.
Although most of the products and services that AI has been used to produce are not meant to harm anyone, they are usually created to solve problems in areas where they are needed, especially the laser light I mentioned, which is, according to what I read, used in the military sector. However, humans tend to explore these products and services for personal gains. This is where the faults of humans come in because, also, the speedy advancement of AI is being orchestrated by humans.
