At the beginning of this year, I planned not to spend as hugely as I did last year, but look at me now; towards the end of the year, it has been spending upon spending since the year began. But it's all good because all the spending has been on positive notes unlike last year.
Last year, I saw myself attending various parties, and all of them came with huge financial demands because it was either I made clothes for the events or I paid transport fare, and there had to be financial gifting to the people celebrating or having the event, such as in the case of burial ceremonies. Also, I made some financial mistakes by engaging myself in financial help that I wasn't really supposed to.
Because of all these, I made up my mind to be careful with my spending and save up a good amount of money by the end of this year, but everything is laughable too because the kind of expenses I have found myself engaging in this year are mega ones, and I never expected them. But it's all good. Expenses are one of the things that make a man, a man — or isn’t it so?
Rating of this year so far?
The year has been good, and I'm grateful for everything. The only issue is that Hive price has been dealing with me.

In case you want to ask this question, know that I'm a Nigerian living in Nigeria, and surviving in the country is hellishly tough, especially with the high cost of living. Every source of income, be it a little one, is as good as a big one, and it's taken very seriously. So yes, the low price of Hive has been affecting the flow of the year because it has drastically reduced what I used to earn weekly, which I use to sort out bills too with regards to HBD. I know it's very advantageous in terms of earning more HP, but the HBD would have been helping a lot too.
