Chapter 2:5, is a fantastic reminder!

Such a great point. It's another level that our little human minds, won't understand right now. Thankfully, we have an eternity to figure it out lol

This is brilliant! I'm uploading a bible study we did on Friday night kinda sorta on this topic. Love is such a deep topic in scripture and sometimes we glance over it and just say, ya ya love your neighbour.

Upon this rock I will build my church.... Curious, do you know of any other texts in Scripture that cements Peter as the first pope?

Amen! Notice today that doing evil is good and doing good makes you bad. That's actually scripture man, Isaiah 5:20. Woe unto them! Thankfully, we have the word of God tested and true to rely on!

Yeah man, and I just see it happen so quickly and right under our noses, that it wont even be denied. That's a great point. We rely much more on pastors and preachers to 'explain' scripture than digging

Yeah that's so true, finding Translators is super hard in today's bibles. TBS has it in the Westminster I know that, and the CBP ones seem to include it a lot. Only regret I have buying this bible is that

Thanks for the response. I mean, I'm as big a Protestant as there gets so...Sola scriptura :) But as for the laws, I'm pretty sure if we followed the 10 commandments, as humanity, we'd be doing o.k. lol

OK, here goes: A book of rules that must be followed - What is transgression? We see in 1 John 3:4 that sin is the transgression of the law. And while I do agree, we aren't supposed to keep 613 of them
