I'm in the Strong's, and it reads t'suqa ('tesh-oo-kaw').
A desire, a longing, a craving is what the Hebrew word is translated to. That word appears 2 other times in the Old Testament, and the context it's in Genesis 4:7 and Songs of Solomon 7:10
Sin's 'desire', it's longing is to 'be with' Cain. Which can be considered power over one. But then in Songs, we see it flipped where the husband's desire, longing is for his wifes.
Interesting study for sure.
