There are many places to visit and learn from. I am not a traveler but I have a tendency to learn from everything. I try to give my best to get my best. Nothing in this world is for granted. Every moment is an opportunity to redesign and make something out of it. On 13/02/22, I conducted a workshop with my close friends and wanted to continue it but unfortunately or fortunately, campuses reopened and we had our on-campus exams. Therefore, we postponed our Workshop dates and hopefully, we will get back at it soon.
It will not be wise to show the faces of my students without their permission but I am glad that

Inspiration-
I got the inspiration to start providing guides to learning art is because one of my close friends is helping out other friends learn how to make digital illustrations and shortly I remembered that a few of my friends have the potential to take their sketches to another level too. They have also nagged me about it several times. So, that is when I started with the lessons. I hope my lesson is easier for them to grasp and climb through it. One of the first homework I gave them was 30 sketch works but unfortunately, none of them completed it. Yeah, I guess it was too much to take for them.

Main subject: Understanding shading depths
This image represents different types of shading with a different amount of pressure used to sketch on the paper. Practicing with a circle helps clear precision and to form a good understanding of shading using different depths. It is quite easy to relate and recheck if the pressure given was constant or wavering.
This was clearly a mess. Depth wasn't certain nor constant. While I displayed the process I let my friends do the same. This made it easier for them to make mistakes and gave me a clear understanding of the possibilities of their growth.
teaching shading was my basic approach but I have tried to cover the aspect of imitation. How it can be executed. The many ways one is able to transform an imitation. This was also the purpose of making it an outdoor workshop.
Here is the final sketch of the day, after this, I let their ideas and imaginations flow as they like. I have also provided my suggestions to them, but it was clear that they were struggling to imitate. Not every artist can imitate and there are many different kinds of imitation. I always let my creativity take a hand at this. However, others do it in a different way.
I like encouraging artists to grow. People say that art is a dying field but I want to prove them wrong.
