Hello everyone it's me 
Starting off I brought out the figure of how the sketch would look like just according to my thoughts though
Then I started the shading immediately, I'm not sure the type of shading I used though but still thought it fit from the hair then the neck tie also
Then I went to the face
This is where I decided to make it more realistic adding the eye ball and shading the face completely also adding beards to his face didn't think of that from start though
Now the final result
