Simple Lunch with Malaysian Chinese Style

Before going for a site visit, dropped by here to have my typical lunch which is economic rice or mixed rice. It is a norm for Malaysian Chinese to take mixed rice as their lunch as we get to choose the stuff that we want to eat from a variety of dishes readily cooked. This is one kind of culture throughout the Asian Chinese culture. Interesting to know deeper about it.

So my kind of lunch would be a type of meat (usually chicken) and also vege. I usually take lesser rice to reduce the carb that I am taking in and have more vege in the plate. Meat wise will be moderate as I am not taking much meat unless the craving comes. Then, a glass of iced coffee for such a bad weather.
