I'm attending my ad's class again on this semester, and he always gives us an assignment. We have to write a response paper for the text in each class. Sometimes one novel is debated for 2 weeks. The problem is we don't have to hand it in each time. There are two times that you have to gather every journal. Midterm and final term.. when you actually have to send your term paper.
I was being lazy on the class side for work and an academic conference. I wouldn't say no if someone asks me if I really didn't have time to do this small task. But I didn't have extra incentive motive to do that on time and energy. I am sure many people will agree on this point. If you are in charge of some project, which means if you don't care of it it may be messed, then you would do that first even if you have to study. The grade is yours, but the result of the failure and mistakes on that project will hit other people instead of you. I just did not want to bother my colleagues.
Therefore I put more and more energy to keep things organized while my study log is going blank. Now I have two days to finish my term paper and six response journal. The due is 26th Dec. Santa does not exist, I knew that, but that does not mean that I am cool with being suffered from the pressure like this.
