Great article! I live in Northeast US and this is a common problem in winter. My 11 year old was just diagnosed with deficiency. She feels horrid. This was a big help!

I do think there needs to be more of a limit on BOTS on here. Or, some kind of reviewing system to see if they are really beneficial to the platform as a whole???
