My favorite part is the long shadow cast on cold terrain definitely spells night time to me
I am thinking about a post apocalyptic scavenger robot navigating a cold terrain under a pale moon, and that is the idea for my robot character today. The mechanical body must be elevated on sturdy legs to achieve the effect I am going for, which is stable balance and rapid movements across harsh, frozen landscapes.
The Initial sketch looks like a bunny to me but took a different turn but I am happy with the results
Given the nighttime setting, I envisioned a pilot tucked safely within the central capsule, guided by long, sensory antenna ears to scan the dark horizon. I gave it a cool, muted green engine with subtle orange plates to offset the shadows cast across the snow, balancing the mechanical design with a lonely, atmospheric vibe.
Notice the figure inside the capsule? Kinda small but this is just an afterthought but I decided that someone or something must take in charge of this robot from the inside and I thought it's cool
