Sorry everyone I don't know what went wrong there I'll try to get it sorted. It seems like the IPFS link sort of works but is very slow to load & the D Tube link is useless.
Anyway I'd just finished a snatch session when @gyro turned up and I did a few pulls and chins for fun. Some of the reps were fairly ordinary and I missed the + 56 kg lift ( I didn't clear the bar with my chin ). Normally I'd rest a bit more between lifts and pull it off.
I've had a few people call BS when I tell them I do weighted pullups with over half my bodyweight added, so this is just so you can see it's not all BS. I've only been training for less than two months since a long layoff and before I was doing pullups at my bodyweight (79 kg) + 84kg added weight for singles. If I ever get close to that again I'll post a vid.
