Thanks for dropping by and here is a summary of my actifit report today.
I think I need a vacation badly and I am thinking of going on one this weekend. But I am still looking at how things turn up by Wednesday then I鈥檒l make my final decision.
I got my step counts today going to the office using public transportation and jumping from one bus station to another.
I finally hit the diamond league again, that is 3 seasons in a row. You can read my post about it in the link below.
