Yam, Sweet Potato, Vegetables and Stew with Chicken

Hello friends🕺,

I do hope your Monday was great? Here is a recap of some of the things I did today to get my steps counted for actifit.

I went to the office as usual and from there I went to a clients’ office using public transportation and that gave me most of my steps during the morning/afternoon hours and I also came back after work using public transportation. Time at the office was the usual stuff no biggy.

I discovered two of the plantains we planted have started fruiting and will find time to take pictures of them. This is great news as my Mrs loves eating those a lot, she can make loads of different recipe with it whether ripe or unripe plantain and I am happy to say I eat them whichever way they come. Lol.

For dinner I had Yam, Sweet Potato, Vegetables and Stew with Chicken to help everything move smoothly in the mouth. Lol. That is a collaboration of all the classes of food I was taught in primary school so it is a very balanced diet. I had to take a walk after this to lighten me up before I hit the sack.

The English Premier League new season started a while back, it is great to go out and see guys having loads to discuss all centered on football. Best team, best player, best coach and all types of arguments keep coming up. It is great to see little kids playing street football too all trying to be like one of their hero. It is also very good that they have the opportunity to burn all those energy on something that is good for their health and not waste their time and life in crime.

So, today my song is one with a lot of collaboration of young artist who are singing and supporting their football teams and boosting if I might add that their team is the best. ‘Leggo’ is the title of the song, I was just wondering if the guy that sang about Manchester United still feels the same way. Lol. Nothing personal, but MU needs to wake up from their slumber. They haven’t been the same since Alex Ferguson left the club. Do have a good night rest people.
