Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, si hablamos de comida venezolana hay una lista grande pero una de las comidas favoritas en el almuerzo es pasta con carne molida, y salsa tomate y mayonesa acompañado de unas arepas fritas pequeñas, esto me hace recordar mucho a esa pasta que siempre hacia mi abuela cada vez que la iba a visitar, aunque soy mas amante de arroz, esta pasta es una excepción, en el almuerzo es ideal ya que deja satisfecho a alguien la ventaja es que llena mas rápido cuando alguien se dispone a salir y tiene que llegar a su casa en la noche es buena opción, la pasta con salsa napolitana la amo al igual que el queso parmesano, eso fue lo único que le falto pero de igual manera es una comida deliciosa para cada ocasión, definitivamente llegue a la conclusión que la misma comida la puedes probar en otro lugar nunca quedara como la prepara algún familiar, y esto ya es comprobadisimo, el secreto de esta comida muchas veces va en la frescura de la carne molida es importante que así sea y la manera en que la sazonan, marca bastante la diferencia, que quede al punto, la pasta que quede suelta y no se pegue, todo es importante al momento de cocinar aunque no lo crean, pero siempre preferiré la pasta de mi madre y mi abuela tienen ese sabor autentico y eso no se iguala nunca, yo comí en varias ocasiones pastas en un club y puedo decir que no fue lo que esperaba muchas veces también las apariencias engañan con los anuncios publicitarios y es por eso que debemos comprobarlo por nosotros mismos y no por las opiniones, pero debo reconocer que aquí en mi ciudad hay restaurantes que sirven pastas autenticas, y con un sabor mas italiano, una de las cosas a considerar en esta pasta es que también al momento de cocinar la carne se le agrega un poco de laurel y al estar lista se retiran las hojas y ocurre la magia el aroma del laurel se queda en la comida a mi me gusta mucho cuando pasa y aun mas en el pasticho así que son muchas opciones para hacer pasta, y tu querido lector eres amante de la pasta con carne? si deseas dame tu opinión.
