So about two weeks ago, Poloniex sent me and email saying that I needed to verify my account by giving them my information, a picture, and a copy of my drivers license. I unhappily sent in my information, and I have gone back daily to check my account to see if they have unfrozen it. Unfortunately, so far it is still frozen and I can't touch any of the crypto that is on there.
Has anyone else been having this issue? Is there a way to speed up the process that anyone knows about?
I tried to contact support and create a support ticket for it, but I haven't heard back from that yet either. I'm assuming they just are super busy I guess?
