Today, I’ll share the story of my journey to Gold III in Splinterlands. This path involved both wins and losses across many battles. There were matches where, at the very start, I felt certain I would lose, yet I emerged victorious. I’ve played games where defeat seemed imminent, but specific cards turned the tide and secured the win. I’ve shared several of these epic battles with you—moments where I was trailing or facing a critical situation but managed to triumph. My journey is ongoing; I’ve reached a rating of approximately 2120 and am striving to hit the 2200 mark.

I have reached Gold III and received rewards here; today, I’ll tell you about these rewards—specifically what I got and how happy they’ve made me. I received 75 Merit tokens. Merits are a useful currency within the Splinterlands ecosystem for purchasing Gladiator-related rewards, making this a great reward. You can see that I received the 'Cullborn Revenant' card; I got four copies, bringing my total count for this card to twelve. If I get two more copies in the next reward, I’ll be able to upgrade it to Level 3. That’s why you need to unlock leagues and play as many battles as possible; by doing so, you can progress through the leagues and earn powerful rewards.

Conclusion

I’ve shared details about the reward I received here, but you’ll notice that the higher the league you unlock, the better the rewards become. The SPS earned here is a significant reward in itself; I currently get 1 SPS for every battle won, and the rewards increase over time—winning 30+ battles would earn you 30 SPS, which is an excellent return. You can achieve a lot by accumulating these rewards bit by bit, so keep playing. Play strategically to minimize your losses. I hope you enjoyed this battle.
