Both teachings are essential in children's life people learn in different ways and this way helps them a lot.
People (kids and their children) can't only focus on government schooling,no there are the ones that are being taught at home which makes the children to balance their learning.
Learning is versatile so it comes in different ways .
Just for example of you see someone that goes through both government school and private school you will notice that the person will have more experience than the one that went to only one of the schools .
The social life have different teachings and it is very good that children a been exposed to their fellow children for them to socialise with each other and not being too inferior when the see their fellow kids due to lack of socialization.
Lact of socialization has really caused so kids some thing's due to them not being able to socialise with their fellow kids.
Training children only at home limits them to so Many things and this is why the government has made it a normal thing that kids go to approved schools that have been approved by the government for them to get the necessary education and socialization they need . The government is never a fool by bringing these things up this way , they know what is best for it's citizens and most especially the children in terms of education.
Indoor training and learning (traditional) will never help a kid rather it will put him to so many limitations that will hinder the kids from so many exposures that will really be of help to the kid .
In Training of kids it involves so many people this is why it is good that the families also helps the teachers in teaching their kids the good things that they are ought to know and not leaving the teaching for the teachers alone .
Personally i believe that learning starts from home . The family is the first institute of learning. And them being the first institute of learning does not hinder that child from being registered into a government approved school to learn and socialise with their fellow kids / students.
Traditional / home learning is never the best and can never be the best.
If it was the best believe me honestly their a to some extent students will never reach in life.
This is why in every level a kid reaches he is given an exam and also a certificate to ascertain the knowledge, ability and level of education of the individual.
Here in Nigeria you will see level of educations like nursery school, primary school and secondary then the university, this is arranged by the government accordingly in order to fix everyone according, according to where the belong and their level of education and knowledge.
After primary school, a child gets his first school living certificate which prepares him for junior secondary school, then after the junior secondary school he or she writes junior waec ( which is the basic exam that qualifies the child into senior secondary education).
These level of education keeps going and all theses levels prepares an individual and built him but in socialization and otherwise.
