Sometimes we are the ones causing our problems ourselves in the country most especially those people that can not do without connection.
the kind of connection disaster we are really facing here is getting too much and this is not helping the country rather it is driving it to it worst situation .
Too much connection has eaten our country so deep that the majority of the people can no longer lay their hands anywhere because they don't have the connection (some people will call it contact).
For people that does not understand what i mean by connection or contact, when i say connection i mean , "who do you know",Whether a politician or people that have money or people that knows somebody that knows somebody;
This having of connection has really destroyed so many things. meanwhile is not the fault of some people and also it is the fault of majority of them.
Some do this as help just to help their own people truly the ones that are in need ot it and knows what they are doing.
While some do this with power and authority knowing that the person that they are helping or fixing somewhere is not capable to do that in which he is been called upon.
Many people here have been denied so many opportunities due to the fact that they don't know any one in the system, no strong contact to help them get what they want and this have really caused the country alot of damages.
Just for example you will see a medical doctor or a nurse that knows work very well, the person will look for work and he will not get just because he or she does not know anyone in the government or the organization he or she is looking for work , when he or she tries it again and it did not work out for him, with God's help the person Will find his way and travel out and leave the country and with this we have lost so many good doctors and nurses over here , leaving the country with majority of the one's that goes with connection.
This is why things keep getting worst day by day because the good ones will keep leaving for a better job where they can be handled with no connection and paid well.
Those days when i first tried my first exam in one of the nursing schools over here, during our days before the first semester exam which is fail and fail-out what we keep hearing from both students and others was "who do you know" and to us this was kind of joke because then we were thinking is what reading can solve , but we never knew that language "who do you know" is actually the end of everything.
After everything we wrote the exam but when result came out it was kind of shock to us because majority of the people that passed the exam was people that we the students don't even know, we didn't see them in school even for one day but all of a sudden they came into the list to be the ones that got the pts exam...
So too much connection in the country has done us more harm than good.
How i wish there will be a stop to it , it will really do us well and i believe if there is a stop things will turn out good, to the right part..
