
Today I want to share with you this recipe that I make most of the time, besides being easy, tasty and healthy I can say that it is extremely quick to make, when I make it it reminds me of my mom since it was the first meal she taught me to make. Next I will show you the ingredients and its preparation.

Ingredientes:

- 1 cup of rice
- Chicken
- 3 eggs
Preparación:
Lo primero que debemos hacer es cocinar un poco el pollo( lo hago porque no me gusta el sabor que tiene el pollo, entonces lo cocino primero para quitarle ese sabor y más si está congelado)

Once the chicken is cooked we take it out, in the same pot we sauté the stew with a little oil.

I add the chicken that I cooked, mix it with the stew

He added salt and pepper( you can add any kind of seasoning is to his taste. I do it this way since my baby eats the same food as we do).


Then add the cup of rice, stir everything and two cups of water (I added two fingers less, so that the rice would be loose).


Let's wait for the rice to dry a little and cover it.

On the other side, I place a frying pan with the eggs and make it scrambled style.

When the rice is completely dry, add the egg.

It's ready! Enjoy this rice with chicken that besides being easy is delicious and healthy. (You can add whatever you want)
