Hello errybunny, I’m so sorry for not being availiable this passing week. I’ve been doing things and the internet is shoddy.
It’s not all glitz and glamour here in South Africa, I would assure you.
From the shores of shark diving to the inland of lion riding, to be brutally honest, it’s still a jungle concerning the internet phase.
But enough about that, according to my medicine, I’m not reallly suppose to be drinking, but I did have a beer and then a coffee on the Irish ☘️ for good luck this year.
And then slept 24 hours straight. Man, I really should keep in mind that alcohol and meds don’t mix very well.
But anyway, so we hadn’t this wonderful special beer whatever from one of my clients, and I got my creative beers flowing when they asked me to do a special advertisement for them.
So I jumped on my Corel draw and got to work as soon as possible.
And then I caught myself thinking, what has beer got to do with a dead saint?
Well when I googled why beer for a saint it turns out it was a 17th century thing that the Christians were allowed to drink as much and eat as much as they wanted because there were apparently strict regulations on their drinking?
Or something.

So anyway, look it! These are my designs
I didn’t really incorporate the magical clover behave I felt like it wasn’t applicable in a very religious little town here down low in the freestate.
Leprechauns and fables are mostly seen as demonic, and since I had to show face and Be there the next morning for a few hours, I didn’t really want to instigate the whole ‘OMG SATANIST’ thing.
The next one I sneaked some pot of gold in the design, because I really couldn’t help myself.
I played with pink, just to get away from that Irish theme, since we aren’t Irish, and it’s not cool to pretend you’re irish ☘️
