A Quienes se toman minutos de su valioso tiempo para leer mi
presentación, les quiero contar parte del trayecto de mi vida. Soy
Venezolana, nativa del estado Monagas, egresada de la Universidad de
Oriente (UDO) en la carrera de Gerencia de Recursos Humano y
actualmente residenciada en la ciudad de Maturín, séptima (7ma) hija
de Carmen Meneses y José Roca, porque somos 12 hermanos, siempre nos
hemos mantenidos juntos de forma armoniosa, ayudándonos mutuamente,
todos mis hermanos son profesionales y trabajadores gracias a los
consejos y motivaciones de nuestros padres. Tengo la dicha de ser
madre por partida doble.

Ellos son mi alegría, mi proyecto en construcción, la semilla que va
creciendo y continuo regando y cuidando al lado de su padre. Por aquí
les dejare algunas fotos para que los conozcan

To those who take minutes of their valuable time to read my
presentation, I would like to tell you part of my life's journey. I am
Venezuelan, native of the state of Monagas, graduated from the
Universidad de Oriente (UDO) in the career of Human Resources
Management and currently residing in the city of Maturin, seventh
(7th) daughter of Carmen Meneses and Jose Roca, because we are 12
brothers, we have always stayed together harmoniously, helping each
other, all my brothers are professionals and workers thanks to the
advice and motivation of our parents. I have the joy of being a mother
twice over.

They are my joy, my project under construction, the seed that is
growing and I continue to water and take care of them with their
father. Here I will leave you some pictures so you can meet them.

MIS HERMANAS LAS JUANAS
Quizás algunos de ustedes haya visto una novela Colombiana llamada las
Juanas, eran 5 hermanas donde llegaban siempre eran el centro de
atención y se armaba una algarabía en seguida, algo así me pasa a mi
cuando llego algún sitio acompañada de mis siete hermanas, somos 8
casi nunca pasamos desapercibida, Realmente las amo a todas por igual,
bendito el vientre mi madre, ellas son mis primeras amigas mis
compinches, mis otras yo.

MY SISTERS LAS JUANAS
Maybe some of you have seen a Colombian soap opera called "Las
Juanas", there were 5 sisters where they were always the center of
attention and there was always a commotion right away, something like
that happens to me when I arrive somewhere accompanied by my seven
sisters, we are 8 almost never go unnoticed, I really love them all
equally, bless my mother's womb, they are my first friends my
companions, my other me.

Mientras transcurría mi niñez recuerdo que era una niña muy
tranquila y observadora me gustaba leer sobre todo cuentos y novelas
pude deleitarme con el Principito es un libro de literatura infantil,
me encanto a quienes aún no lo han leído se los recomiendo es
maravilloso, una de las frases que más me gusta es cuando el
Principito le dijo al zorro que estaba en la tierra en busca de amigos
entonces el zorro le respondió para ser tu amigo me tendrás que
domesticar, eso no es más que crear vínculos, exactamente es lo que
hacemos hoy día a través de las redes sociales creamos vínculos para
para estar más cerca de otros y poder contar con un buen amigo!

While I was growing up I remember that I was a very quiet and
observant child, I liked to read stories and novels, I was delighted
with the Little Prince, it is a book of children's literature, I loved
it, for those who have not read it yet, I recommend it to you, it is
wonderful, one of the phrases that I like the most is when the Little
Prince told the fox that he was on earth in search of friends then the
fox replied that to be your friend you will have to tame me, that is
nothing more than creating links, exactly what we do today through
social networks we create links to be closer to others and to have a
good friend!

QUERIA SER UN BOY SCOUT
Me encantaba explorar nuevas cosas, cuidar de la naturaleza y cada día
lograr ser una mejor persona brindando servicio comunitario, no pude
inscribirme en el grupo de los boy scout, aunque no me sentí tan
frustrada porque me aliste al grupo de antidroga del estado que se
llamaba (ARADEM) en ese momento yo era la Sheriff del lejano Oeste,
simplemente la ley siempre venía a poner el orden, recibí clases de
instrucción militar y conocí sobre cualquier tipo de drogas y
sustancias psicotrópicas, nuestra misión era preventiva con
exposiciones y charlas, evitando en los grupos escolares el uso de
drogas.

I WANTED TO BE A BOY SCOUT
I loved to explore new things, take care of nature and every day to
be a better person providing community service, I could not enroll in
the boy scout group, although I did not feel so frustrated because I
joined the anti-drug group of the state that was called (ARADEM) at
that time I was the Sheriff of the far West, I received military
instruction classes and learned about any type of drugs and
psychotropic substances, our mission was preventive with expositions
and talks, avoiding the use of drugs in school groups

Desde muy pequeña fui muy madura, siempre aprovechaba mi tiempo libre
realizando cualquier actividad que me generara aprendizaje y
conocimientos, mi mama tenia una frase diaria estudia para que seas
alguien en la vida, esa era mi primordial ocupación, realice muchos
curso y talleres académicos como contabilidad básica, Auxiliar de
Auditoria, Paquete de Microsoft Office, seguridad higiene y ambiente,
liderazgo y oratoria en este último aprendí a pronunciar mejor las
palabras, dominar el miedo escénico y hablar en público esa
preparación académica fue una herramienta muy valiosa para forjar un
nuevo carácter y poder salir del aislamiento interno llamado
introversión.

From a very young age I was very mature, I always took advantage of
my free time doing any activity that would generate learning and
knowledge, my mother had a daily phrase: study to be someone in life,
that was my main occupation, I took many academic courses and
workshops such as basic accounting, Audit Assistant, Microsoft Office
Package, hygiene and environmental safety, leadership and public
speaking in the latter I learned to pronounce words better, master
stage fright and public speaking that academic preparation was a very
valuable tool to forge a new character and to get out of the internal
isolation called introversion.

A pesar que me gustaba practicar el voleibol como mi deporte
preferido, cantar, aunque no se me escuchara bien y asistir varias
veces a la semana a la casa cultural que estaba ubicada en el centro
de la ciudad, disfrutaba ver las obras de teatro, las danzas y el
sonido de los tambores, difícilmente yo quise incursionar en esas
actividades entretenidas, quizás era muy tímida

Although I liked to play volleyball as my favorite sport, sing, even
though I could not be heard well, and attend several times a week to
the cultural house that was located in the center of the city, I
enjoyed watching the plays, dances and the sound of the drums, I
hardly wanted to venture into these entertaining activities, perhaps I
was too shy.

Comencé a dar clases antes de salir de la universidad, había un amigo
que era el coordinador de un centro de capacitación inicie con
asignaturas de ciencias sociales y administrativas, mis clases fluían
efectivamente sin ninguna barrera o temor. La experiencia fue
maravillosa también tuve la oportunidad de dar clases en varios
núcleos de educación superior en el tramo de iniciación.

I started teaching before leaving the university, there was a friend
who was the coordinator of a training center, I started with subjects
of social and administrative sciences, my classes flowed effectively
without any barrier or fear. The experience was wonderful and I also
had the opportunity to teach in several higher education centers in
the initiation stage.

Iba hacer una Payasa

Tampoco vayan a pensar que mi vida ha sido solo libros y estudios como
un ratoncito de bibliotecas, he disfrutado mucho mi juventud
compartido con amigos me gustan las fiestas los bochinches hasta me
inscribí en un grupo de recreación, era algo así como ir a las fiesta
animar a los niños, solo que tenía un pequeño impedimento mis
compañeros de trabajo eran muy jodedores, siempre andaban haciendo
bromas, en cambiando yo buscaba hacer feliz a los niños con dinámicas,
canciones y bailes con una grandiosa sonrrisa, con trajes muy
coloridos y pelucas hasta que un día, se les ocurrió esconderme mi
maquillaje y pelucas justo ahí que se me olvido que los payasos no se
ponen bravos y explote como un globo, creo que fue por eso que no
llegue a ser Nifu Nifa.

I was going to be a clown

Do not think that my life has been only books and studies like a
bookworm, I have enjoyed my youth very much, I have shared with
friends, I like parties, I even joined a recreation group, it was
something like going to the party to cheer up the children, but I had
a small impediment, my coworkers were very annoying, They were always
making jokes, while I was trying to make the kids happy with dynamics,
songs and dances with a big smile, with colorful costumes and wigs
until one day, it occurred to them to hide my makeup and wigs right
there that I forgot that clowns do not get angry and I exploded like a
balloon, I think that was why I did not get to be Nifu Nifa.

¡COSAS QUE ME GUSTAN!
Me encanta ver películas, mis favoritas son la de comedia para reír a
carcajadas y olvidarme un rato del mundo real, también tengo como
hobby leer y escuchar audiolibro, a través de ellos he abrazado a
mucha gente, viajado a varios sitios, mi corazón ha exaltado de
emoción y alegrías, también alguna lagrima ha recorrido mi mejilla
después de una triste historia; a través de la lectura he aprendido
muchas cosas, asimismo disfruto un día lluvioso para aislarme por un
momento y comenzar a escribir sobre cualquier tema, esto lo comencé
hacer desde muy temprana edad, redactaba frases, poemas o cualquier
idea que me llegara a la cabeza, después podrán leer algunos de mis
escritos.

THINGS I LIKE!
I love watching movies, my favorite ones are comedy movies to laugh
out loud and forget about the real world for a while, I also have as a
hobby to read and listen to audiobooks, through them I have hugged
many people, traveled to various places, my heart has exalted with
emotion and joy, also some tears have run down my cheek after a sad
story; through reading I have learned many things, I also enjoy a
rainy day to isolate myself for a moment and start writing about any
subject, this I started to do from an early age, I wrote sentences,
poems or any idea that came to my head, then you can read some of my
writings.

MI OCUPACIÓN ACTUAL
Desde el año 2012, Comencé a trabajar en el área de recursos humanos
y pude evidenciar en el ejercicio de mis funciones que me gusta y me
apasiona lo que hago, que no me equivoque al elegir esta carrera como
mi profesión, siempre trato de dar lo mejor de mí, siendo responsable,
empática y cooperando para el logro de los objetivos procurando
mejorar los procesos.

MY CURRENT OCCUPATION
Since 2012, I started working in the area of human resources and I
could evidence in the exercise of my functions that I like and I am
passionate about what I do, that I was not wrong to choose this career
as my profession, I always try to give the best of me, being
responsible, empathetic and cooperating for the achievement of the
objectives seeking to improve processes.

Actualmente me desempeño como Jefa de División Administrativa en una
institución descentralizada de la gobernación del estado. Llevo 3 años
en ese cargo y a pesar de las adversidades y la situación actual que
atraviesa el país, sigo creyendo que mucha gente pequeña en lugares
pequeños, haciendo cosas pequeñas puede cambiar el mundo.

I am currently working as Head of the Administrative Division in a
decentralized institution of the state government. I have been in this
position for 3 years and despite the adversities and the current
situation that the country is going through, I still believe that many
small people in small places, doing small things can change the
world.

NO LE FALTA SAL LE FALTABA AMOR
En otra de las áreas que me divierto es cocinando paso horas viendo
videos y aprendiendo sobre recetas, me gusta inventar mucho en la
cocina y combinar sabores, actualmente soy la repostera oficial para
toda mi familia en cada cumpleaños y cualquier evento el contrato ya
es mío aunque es un servicio gratis, me complace hacerlo, adquiero más
destrezas y conocimiento, mi retribución es el placer de hacerlos
felices, compartir en familia y disfrutar cada momento!

Casi nunca estoy tranquila siempre ando haciendo cosas me encantan las
manualidades hago Arreglos para fiestas, decoraciones, he realizado
mis propias blusas y pijamas, en estos tiempos hemos tenido que
aprender hacer de todo, crear nuevas cosas para no extinguirnos.

IT DOESN'T LACK SALT IT LACKS LOVE
In another area that I have fun is cooking I spend hours watching
videos and learning about recipes, I like to invent a lot in the
kitchen and combine flavors, I am currently the official baker for my
family in every birthday and any event the contract is already mine
although it is a free service, I am pleased to do it, I acquire more
skills and knowledge, my retribution is the pleasure of making them
happy, share with family and enjoy every moment!

I am almost never quiet, I am always doing things, I love
handicrafts, I make party arrangements, decorations, I have made my
own blouses and pajamas, in these times we have had to learn to do
everything, to create new things so we don't become extinct.

PORQUE LES COLOQUE NOMBRES A MIS PLANTAS
Les cuento que vivo en un apartamento súper pequeño ya no cabe más
nada, tengo unas pequeñas plantas en mi sala claro en porrones, ya
todas tienen nombre, hay varios cactus, otras de agua todas son
ornamentales, hay una que cuido mucho porque es súper especial para mi
se llama Mireyita, esa me la regalo mi suegra ella tiene ya tres años
que falleció, era una mujer excepcional a su lado aprendí amar al
próximo aun sin conocerlo, el respeto hacia los demás, la solidaridad,
la comprensión, la ayuda y la aceptación; hay cosas que no podemos
cambiar.

BECAUSE I GAVE NAMES TO MY PLANTS
I tell you that I live in a super small apartment and nothing fits
anymore, I have some small plants in my living room of course in pots,
and all have names, there are several cactus, other water plants, all
are ornamental, there is one that I care a lot because it is super
special to me is called Mireyita, that was a gift from my mother in
law, she has already passed away three years ago, she was an
exceptional woman at her side I learned to love the next even without
knowing him, respect for others, solidarity, understanding, help and
acceptance; there are things that we can not change.

Cuidar de los animales es proteger un alma indefensa.
No puedo despedirme sin antes mencionar a mi perrito se llamaba
príncipe lo quise mucho, no conocía sobre el amor hacia las mascotas
hasta que el llego a mi vida se fue ganando poco a poco mi corazón con
sus travesuras en realidad me hacía muy bien alimentarlo, bañarlo
darle de comer peinar su hermoso pelo, tener a un perrito es como
tener un hijo, ya hace un tiempo que no lo tengo ahora todo ese cariño
y cuidado lo recibe un perrito que vive en el estacionamiento del
edificio, lo visito todos los días para llevarle de comer darle mi
cariño y ver cómo sale corriendo hacia a mí, moviendo su colita en
forma de gratitud, ya conocí el amor perruno siento querer a todos los
perros del mundo porque ellos también son un regalo de Dios.

To take care of animals is to protect a defenseless soul.
I can't say goodbye without mentioning my little dog, his name was
Prince, I loved him very much, I didn't know about the love towards
pets until he came into my life, he gradually won my heart with his
antics, in fact it was very good to feed him, bathe him, feed him,
comb his beautiful hair, having a little dog is like having a son, It
has been a while since I had him, now all that love and care is
received by a little dog that lives in the parking lot of the
building, I visit him every day to feed him, give him my love and see
how he runs to me, wagging his little tail in gratitude, I already
knew doggy love, I feel like loving all the dogs in the world because
they are also a gift from God.

COMO LLEGUE A HIVE
Conversando con una amiga de las estrategias que hemos implementado
para sobrellevar la cuarentena, que se ha extendido más de lo que
esperábamos; Fue así como ella me dijo yo la estoy pasando muy bien,
hago lo que me gusta; escribo en una página, comparto historia de mis
vivencias y recibo una retribución por ello, me pareció una idea genial
