This past summer my husband was deployed 4 days before we moved. He was activated to go down to Mississippi and help clean up the KC-130 crash that killed 16 people. 15 marines and 1 sailor... Since I met him this was the first time that he was been activated.
We were just found out that I am pregnant with our second, but no one knew yet. I am so proud that he was able to help down there for over a month. This was the day he came home. Our daughter was shocked to see him in person and not on FaceTime!
