My visit to Sozopol this summer is on a special ocassion: my best friend chose that destination for her wedding. After a particularly weak season at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, I was delighted to discover the charm of the thinly populated Old Town of Sozopol. Usually it is so bustling that it is hard to enjoy. Our evening walks this time of the year were pleasant thanks to the cool breeze of upcoming autumn. Night storms, deathly waves and thick clouds tried to ruin our celebration in vain. We had a decent farewell to her last day as a bachelorette, observing the sunset on board of the Trofy Boat. Swimming was not possible on the next two days, but the beach was there for us to have some rest before hearing the "I do".
