It is said that the no.1 scammers are from nigeria but infact philippines is one of the most dangerous people when it comes to scamming online, I'm a filipino and i caught one filipino who wanted to scam me, He wants to trade his paypal funds to my bitcoin then when i said that i should receive the paypal funds first before i will send the btc he then accuse me as a scammer , then i told him that who would get scammed when using paypal and evry one who uses paypal knows about the refund and chargeback. He keep insisting that i would send my btc, so i trust him then send him some 0.1 btc ,you know what happens next,he block my fb after receiving the btc. So if you think only nigerians are worst just keep an eye on filipinos, Be careful.
