At 7 am. When parkrun starts. Bonkers. If you're from the US and not used to the temperature scale that most of the world uses that's: 78.8'F with a real feel of 86'F. Like I said, bonkers. While I've never run inside a man made sauna before, I can tell you that, with weather like this, parkrun this morning felt *exactly* like I would imagine running in a sauna would feel like! I was *drenched* in sweat at the end. And I didn't even push that hard, coming in just under 30 minutes for this undulating 5 km run. Anyhoo, coffee afterwards was good. Getting in the pool several times this afternoon was good. And maybe, just maybe, I'll do a run again tomorrow morning. How was your Saturday?!
