He was driving recklessly to avoid being stopped by the police, unfortunately the front tyre bursted and he had to stop the vehicle. What an overloaded vehicle, the police exclaimed. They charged him for disobeying the traffic rule and was fined. He was at fault because he overloaded his vehicle.
